A twelve-desk office in a 1920s stone building, fitted without touching the original floor.

01 — Brief
What the building asked for, and what was decided.
01

The original Minton floor was retained and protected. Everything new sits on it, not into it.

02

Acoustics are handled with linen-faced panels behind the plaster line, not with a suspended ceiling.

03

Cable is carried in a brass surface channel along the skirting so the walls stay unchased.

Setting-out sheet for the brass channel. Nothing chased into the wall.
