Most interior firms sell a look and disappear at handover. We sell a building decision that holds up in twenty years, which means the answers arrive in millimetres and dates.
Specified
Every material named, sized and sourced before work begins. No “or equivalent”.
Sequenced
One programme, one site lead, trades booked in order. The client is never the coordinator.
Stood behind
A twelve-month defects window and an annual upkeep visit, priced upfront.
Specified
The specification is issued as a schedule with quantities, thicknesses and suppliers. If a line changes on site, it changes on the schedule first, in writing, with the cost.

Sequenced
A single site lead holds the programme. Trades arrive on booked dates. You receive a weekly note with what was done, what is next and anything that moved.

Stood behind
Twelve months on the build from the handover date. One upkeep visit a year after that, priced in the original contract, so the price is known before you sign.

Start witha conversation.
A measured survey and a first specification follow the first meeting. Nothing is ordered until you have read every line.
